Personalization Terms (Small & Large Orders)

Custom product items do not include the TheftDefender Logo on front, but does have printed usage notes on the back.

Special Notes: These items are a Custom Product, so after artwork has been printed, there are no returns. 
(Large orders may require additional time depending on artwork complexities or available stock and could take 1-2  weeks to ship.)

This option is to be used when customers want to use their own Artwork instead of our pre-printed themes or sleeves with our branding. After checkout completion, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to send your artwork.

 Inappropriate Artwork will not be printed (e.g. Illegal Pornography, Violence, etc...)

Full payment is required at time of purchase.

Return Policy:
Order cancellation, all or partial is NOT returnable after product has been printed.

Buyer assumes all risk associated to reselling or using the product(s) items and must represent the factual information about the product material.  Buyer holds  TheftDefender and/or its affiliates not liable for any reselling or distribution activities OR that result in the misuse of the product.  Buyer must not reference the TheftDefender brand on the product for resale, unless partner or afflilation contracts have been setup between TheftDefender and the buyer.

Additional Notes:
Manufacturing & Processing time may take up to 4 weeks until ready for delivery. The time depends on how soon you send your artwork for final printing.  You will be sent status email prior to shipment.
