HOW IS SHIPPING PROCESSED?

What shipping carriers do you use?

Our primary shipping carrier is USPS. 

How are your rates calculated?

Rates are caculated using real-time parcel rates with tracking based on product weight + a small handling fee to cover shipping supplies, packing materials and/or insurance depending on order size.  We also offer Priority shipping rates as well using flat rate options with tracking.

Why do you charge shipping?  Why not mail first class stamp?

As much as we like to provide free shipping, the cost of shipping & supplies has increased significently.  If we were to offer free shipping, this would prevent us from providing low cost products.

To provide better customer service we don't mail packages with first class stamps so we can provide package tracking.  For international orders, we only ship using registered mail,  Priority Express or Global Express / EMS.
