Custom & Bulk Ordering Terms and Conditions:

Custom Printed Card Sleeves

All consumer Terms & Conditions apply with the inclusion of the following:

Payment:

1. Full payment is required at time of purchase. 
   Note: Printing will not occur until you approve your printing proof(s).
2. Payments are made through Paypal for convenience.  We also accept mailed checks, but there is a waiting period of up to 2 weeks until the bank has verified payment.

Return Policy:

1. NO refunds will be allowed once the order is submitted to our print provider and has printed.
2. Plate fees are non-refundable, if they have been created.
3. Design fees are non-refundable, if work has already been performed.
4. No refunds on any shipping fees incurred during proof approvals or returns.

Shipping Policy:

Our preferred shipping carriers are USPS, UPS and FEDEX.  Rates will depend on the size of your order, but some approximate fees are as follows:

1. Domestic Shipping starts from $15.00
2. International Shipping starts from $30.00

Turnaround time:

Once payment is made and plate proofs are verified, we will submit the order for printing.  Manufacturing & Processing time may take up to 4 weeks until ready for delivery. You will be sent status email prior to shipment.

Once the sleeves have been printed, we will send them out to you.   Turnaround time does not include any delays due to customs activity, out of stock items, weather, holidays, non-working days, etc… 

The following is a very high level approximate timeline, assuming no delays:

1. Order / quantity decision: TBD
2. Initial Proof development / verification: 3-12 business days
3. Initial printing plate creation: 1-2 business days
4. Initial Printing from approved proof: 10-12 business days
5. Repeat Printing: 3-12 business days
6. Shipping: 2-7 business days (depends on shipping provider and no customs delays)

Disclaimer:
Buyer assumes all risk associated with reselling or using the product(s) items and must represent the factual information about the product material.  Buyer holds TRI7Productions, LLC, TheftDefender and/or its affiliates not liable for any reselling or distribution activities OR that result in the misuse of the product.  Buyer must not reference the TheftDefender brand on the product for resale, unless partner or affiliation contracts have been setup between TRI7Productions, LLC. and the buyer.
